Tourism Adventure Group are looking for an energetic hospitality professional to be the next superstar Bar Manager at – SYD – Scary Canary – BNE = Down Under Bar

Reporting to the Venue Manager, your proven ability to maximise profitability and take a hands-on approach to delivering the highest standards across all operational aspects of the venue is paramount – as are your creative ideas and the hunger to apply them within a dynamic hospitality group that prides itself on creative energy & unique offerings!

This role will include elements from all areas of food and beverage operations and will only be limited by your enthusiasm and work ethic. Main areas of focus will be on 'sales', revenue growth through capitalising on the existing extensive network, working closely with the accommodation side of the business to maximise revenues, increasing brand awareness by further developing key relationships in the region, monitoring and adjusting the entertainment and products.
